These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the FishFrenzy Bait Co website.

Products

FishFrenzy Bait Co supplies frozen sea fishing bait by mail order.

Our products are natural bait products, so individual fish may vary slightly in size, shape, colour and appearance. Product photographs are for illustration purposes and may not show the exact individual item supplied.

All products are subject to availability.

Prices & minimum order

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£).

Our standard minimum order value is £50, excluding delivery charges.

Prices and availability may change at any time. Any changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Orders & payment

By placing an order, you are requesting to purchase the products selected at the prices displayed.

Payment must be successfully received before an order is dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or listing error, payment cannot be processed, or we are otherwise unable to fulfil the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices and other information on our website are accurate. Occasionally, errors may occur and we reserve the right to correct them.
